Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if cancelled 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund if you cancel 7 days before your check-in date.
- For cancellations made within 7 days of your check-in date, we will work flexibly with you to find a suitable solution. Our priority is ensuring your experience is easy and smooth.
