APARTMENT & BUILING RULES
Please keep the apartment clean during your stay, collect your trash neatly, and dispose of it in the garbage bin.
Please maintain public order in the building: avoid speaking loudly or making noise in the elevator, hallways, and lobby areas.
Do not play, blast music, or make loud noises that may disturb neighboring apartments. Especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, noise is strictly prohibited (this is a regulated quiet period by the building).
The use of illegal substances, drugs, party drugs, nitrous oxide, gambling, and prostitution is strictly prohibited.
The number of guests staying must match the original booking. If there are additional guests, please inform our staff immediately. If guests intentionally underreport the number of occupants and we discover it, we will cancel the booking without refund.
Guests must provide valid identification (ID card/Passport/Driver’s license/Birth certificate for babies) before 9:00 PM for us to register their stay with the building and local authorities. Failure to provide correct information may result in a fine payable to local authorities:
Vietnamese guests: 700,000 VND/person
Foreign guests: 5,000,000 VND/person
If guests refuse to cooperate, we will cancel the booking with no refund.
(This also applies to friends or relatives visiting: if they stay after 9:00 PM or overnight, their information must also be submitted before 9:00 PM.)
If a guest fails to provide their passport after being reminded 3 times (before 10:00 PM), we will change the apartment’s door code and will not provide the new code until the information is submitted. If unresolved, guests must check out with no refund and we will not process complaints or disputes.
If guests damage any apartment furniture, they must either replace it or compensate the company for the original value.
Pets are not allowed, and furniture must not be moved. If furniture is moved and not returned, we will charge a fee of 500,000 VND – 2,000,000 VND, depending on the case.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony or in designated areas.
Do not open windows or the balcony door while the air conditioner is running. If water leakage is detected due to this, a fee of 2,000,000 VND will be charged.
Throwing objects out of windows or from the balcony is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be fully liable for any damage or injury caused.
Do NOT leave garbage outside the apartment or in inappropriate areas. There is a designated Garbage Room near the elevator. Please place your garbage inside the inner door of that room.
If garbage is left improperly, building management will issue a report and charge 1,000,000 VND per offense. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services (electricity, water) and we will not intervene.
If you are unsure where the garbage room is, please contact us, or leave the garbage inside the apartment for our cleaning staff to handle.Check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). If you need to store luggage or request late check-out, please inform us before the check-out time.
If the room is not vacated by check-out time and the luggage is not packed, we will pack and transfer your belongings to our office.
A handling fee of 600,000 VND – 1,000,000 VND will apply.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during this process.
NOTE:
If you violate rules 4, 5, or 6 and we discover it, we will immediately cancel your booking without refund, including any deposits or advance payments.
In particular, violations of rule 4 will be reported to the authorities, and you will be held legally responsible.
Additional Cleaning Fee:
If you leave the apartment in poor hygiene, leave food and dishes uncleaned, trash scattered, or stains/blood on furniture, we will charge a cleaning fee of 500,000 VND per instance.
